Our Philosophy

Background and Mission of the Establishment

実践を理論で,理論を実践で捉えることでホテルの価値を再提案します

Japan’s hotel and tourism sectors have long captivated visitors, driven by an operational excellence rooted in the culture of *omotenashi* (hospitality). At the same time, however, management and operations often rely heavily on individual experience and intuition—a reality that makes it difficult to pass on the expertise of highly skilled managers. By leveraging both practical experience in hotel services and insights from the field of service management, we aim to visualize the challenges present in frontline operations and develop effective solutions. Our goal is not only to help businesses maximize their profitability but also to contribute to the enhancement of the broader social value generated by the growth of the hotel industry.

Our Features

01

Analytical approaches based on academic knowledge

We analyze the problems faced by business leaders based on management insights, without attributing them to personal biases or fleeting trends, and derive solutions.

02

Practical experience in hotel management

Without practical business experience, it is impossible to properly apply management knowledge.

We leverage our track record of building hotel organizations from scratch and establishing luxury hotel brands in the shortest possible time to implement solutions to challenges and ensure they are effectively implemented on the ground.

03

Promoting innovation with a comprehensive perspective

Every individual and organization lives by mutually compensating for the capabilities they lack. We refer to this activity as "service," and by adopting this ultra-encompassing perspective, we propose new ideas unconstrained by conventional thinking.

Three "C"s that support the new era of service management

Achieving sustainable business management in a mature market is a challenge faced by every industry. In this new era of service, the key lies in building strong, long-term relationships with all stakeholders—most notably customers and employees. Guided by the concepts of being "Critical, Clinical, and Constructive," we draw upon our extensive practical experience in the luxury hospitality sector to provide a theoretical framework for service management. We support organizations in developing operational systems tailored to this new service landscape and in cultivating the next generation of talent.
